Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which BDA Technologies Private Limited (“BDA Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may provide refunds or accept cancellations for its services and software products. This policy is in addition to, and should be read in conjunction with, the main Terms and Conditions.

1. Cancellation:

Clients may request cancellation of services or software product purchases within 15 days of the initial purchase date, or as otherwise specified in a separate written contract. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@bdatechnologies.com.

2. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will only be considered if the Client has fully complied with all guidelines and requirements set forth by BDA Technologies for the specific service or product purchased. This includes, but is not limited to, completing any required training, providing necessary information, and adhering to usage terms. BDA Technologies reserves the right to assess compliance on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund Process:

Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request and confirmation of the Client’s compliance with all relevant guidelines, BDA Technologies will process the refund. The refund amount will be determined based on the services rendered or products delivered up to the cancellation date, and may be subject to deductions for any applicable fees or charges as outlined in the original contract or proposal.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

Certain services or components of services may be non-refundable, as explicitly stated in the original contract or proposal. This may include, but is not limited to, custom development work, personalized training sessions, or services that have already been fully rendered.

5. Refund Timeline:

BDA Technologies will process eligible refunds within 21 business days of receiving a valid cancellation request and confirming compliance. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

6. Exceptions:

BDA Technologies reserves the right to refuse a refund or cancellation request if the Client has violated any terms of the agreement, including but not limited to, breach of contract, misuse of software, or non-payment.
